Shadow, Very cool test site. I like how it gives you suggestions to improve TCP/IP performance. Toldme to change my RWIN setting to a multiple of MSS. Soon as I figure out how to find that one, I'll do it. If anyone knows, please respond!

I use NetSonic by Web3000 (http://www.web3000.com) to adjust those settings. It has on integrated MTU optimizing feature. It might help you out.

You could also dive into the registry to do this, but I forget the path...

Also, you could look here (http://www.sohointer.net/howto/rwin.htm) for more info.
