can't find that BOM number, or serial number on one of your HP's to re-order a restore disk from HP? IF your customer still has the orginal OS that came with the unit in windows press ctrl+alt+S this will bring up the window with all the info you need... I am working on a way to find out through other means.. but until then... here ya go.
