well I don't want flamed for this but if you are like me and love those cool IMAC keyboards. just plug one in to any usb equipped machine and enjoy.
Personaly, I love mine. it is small and takes up no room at all.. I can just toss it out of the way if i need room to work. and it is very durable... the only prob that i have with it is that i cannot seem to get control alt delete to work on it. which can be a problem if you are running windows 9X i just keep my other one hooked up and out of the way for those reboot/ lockup situations.....

Those keyboards are kinda sweet, nice and compact - what does windows see it as? I know it don't say "Standard Imac Keyboard" :D

I got a friend that just got 1 of these http://www.halfkeyboard.com/ WAY overpriced but it's kinda cool.

Win Me sees it as a standard HID compliant keyboard.
it is cool i really like it alot. the black and blue colors are cool too
and dont forget the 2 onboard usb ports and the built in power button that works well .

OR it could be a huge solution for those people looking for a way to stop users from using that key combo!

I wasn't gonna say anything, but I thought: What do the 'shift' keys do? I haven't seen an Imac kbd lately, but remember that shift is the same, <ctrl> is command; <alt> is option. I think that they used to be Open & Closed apple keys, probably still labeled that way.

It 'should' be simply a labeling issue, the keycaps themselves.

btw: maybe the reset button on your imac will do it.

Mac has a different way to issue a warm boot from the keyboard. cmd-opt power?

Hope this helps.

Does the silly "apple"" key do anything?
