Ever go out on a service call to install something, and need some screws? You pull out your little plastic bag of screws, and go digging... digging... digging... to try to find the right size screw? Only to discover that out of the zillions of screws you have in the bag, you don't have one that will fit a floppy? How about a better way?
Buy one of those 'weekly pill organizers', preferably clear. It's a plastic box divided up into 7 or more individual little compartments. Then you can put several of each kind of screw, standoff, jumper, etc. in each compartment. No more having to hunt for the right screw, it's right there all by itself. And with the clear plastic ones, you can see at an glance before leaving the office if you need to refill it. And because each compartment has its own lid, if it gets knocked over, you only spill a few screws, not the whole box. And it's small enough to fit into most tool kits! And best of all, they're cheep!
