I really want to try this new O/S everybody keeps calling me about called Microscroft. I've taken about 50 calls today from my call center and I at least 30 of them are running this new O/S.. Anybody else have any experience w/ this new operating system?? <img src="confused.gif" border="0">

Actually this post was meant as a joke to poke fun at all the people who can't even pronounce Microsoft right. I kid you not, that I have at least 20 customers a day tell me that they are running Microscroft when I ask them what O/S they are using.. Where the hell are they getting the cr from out of Microsoft?? And no matter how many times I pronounce it right for them they still mispronounce it..

I like calls about Office 98, Windows 97. I also get the occasional call for problems with the "blue e".

I remember back in the early '70s when I was working at a Radio Shack in NW Fla, customers comming into the store wanting a "churstl" (crystal) microphone, as their CBs would get more power than with the original dynamic mike.

There's a guy I know, who no matter how many times I call it PhotoShop and tell him it's called PhotoShop, he keeps calling it Adobe. It's like, "Dude, Adobe makes many applications,.... QUIT CALLING IT ADOBE!!"

LOL, I had some customer call me today and wanted me to help her install this program called Linux. "Hi, I was referred by one of your techs there to install this program on my computer called Linux and it would solve all my Microsoft problems, but I can't get it to install, can you help me?"

See, these people trying to get "the penguin os" need to learn enough to know that they know next to nothing, like me. thats why im not going to switch to linux for a couple years when ill know much more about computers.
