Whilst most transactions on the front counter come and go, there are those few that arise that really make you step back look at the person and ask if they really are serious. Call me bitter and twisted, but when someone asks for a refund for a product they were given for free. Then when they ask for the amount that it was displayed on the shelf. Okay so I may inquire a little to how they arrive at that assumption without actually transacting any money.
