This is a problem with windows 95 where you can't drag & drop or cut & paste. The only way we've found of fixing it, sometimes is to install IE4, for some reason this works but sometimes it dosen't.

Any one got any answers?

some things in the shell wont allow cut/paste operations until you add the ie4.0 desktop update, ex. right clicking on the start menu to delte a dead link...
if it is anything else, it may be hosed... reload make sure you go with at lease osr 2.1 (usb support) it is the only 9x that is y2k compliant (2.1 and later)

The reason you loose drag and drop in 95 is that 95 was reinstalled without uninstalling IE4 first. The fixes for it are to install ie4 again (if it will let you) and that might fix it. If not, then the best way is to find a batch file that is out on the net called killie4. All it does is delete the IE files from dos. Then reinstall 95 then reinstall ie. Although just to be safe I always run killie4 before I do a reinstall of 94.
