Philips 3610 CD-RW

I have noticed that philips 3610 does not work properly with easy cd creator 4.Does anyone know how to deal with this problem?

I used EZ Creator 4.0 and I had problems with my Creative Labs 2X6X24 burner. I found out that this CDRW is not supported by 4.0. I did however find out that there are some patches available for certain CDRW drives. Try this link at Adaptec for more info: http://208.236.45.20/support/files/drivers.html
