I have an old 486dx. I cannot locate the driver for the cd-rom manufactured by monitronics. (model # 8000 AT) Most all of the componets in this computer were manufactured by this company which is no longer in business. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I'm assuming you're running win 3.1, if so your CD will use mscdex, a cd driver that loads as part of autoexec.bat or config.sys. The driver can be found anywhere; respond if you need help on the autoexec.bat or config.sys files.
See ya
(if you're actually running win95, it should recognize the drive when it loads without any drivers)
