I am trying to find the cdrom drive for the Creative 52x (CD5230E)

are you looking for an ms-dos based driver for your cdrom? If you are, windrivers.com has a generic ide cd-rom dos driver here that you can download and use. If it's for under windows 95/98, then you don't need one because 95/98 uses their own built in 32 bit support drivers for any cdrom.
