Hey guys, I seem to remember seeing a post several months past about switching to Google as your Default Search Engine. You know, instead of using that lame MSN or Yahoo Search when you click on the Search icon on the Internet Tool Bar.
There was a quick way to do that...anybody remember?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Man, that is so sweet!!! :D :D :D It loads up so much quicker than those others...

Many thanks, NooNoo, for chasing down that link for me. I never had much luck using WD Search link...I'm on a slow modem way out here in the ****ry.

Thanks again.

My Pleasure Jaxson, I just happened to remember which forum it was in, so it was just a question of running through the topics.

Just a tip, using the wdsearch, if you are on dialup, just let it search one forum at a time. I have broadband so I just open another window and let it get on with it.

also if you click customize from the search bar, then click autosearch settings, and change the search provider to google sites, you can have google search from the address bar.

That is what I think Macguyver was looking for to replace the results from M$N, however I didn't know that trick at the time.

Not exactly the same subject but try Opera browser...
This browser comes with quite few options to convert your search bar (Yes google Also).
IMHO Opera is faster that IE - Also there are the mouse gestures feature and the online translate Etc.
I really recommend on it.

Cheers,
And surf on
