This is sort of a suggestion cum question about "view todays active topics". How do they work? When a post is first placed does it have a 24 hour countdown or does it run as per a US day?
I tend to post while at work. Most of you in the states are to be tucked up in bed while I'm here. Then at the back end of my day as you guys start work things liven up.

If I start a new thread or I reply to something at the back end of my day and come back to it in the morning I'll not find it in todays active topics?

Do threads run for 24 hours before being flagged to yesterday?
How long does a day last on the internet? and when you read my posts in Australia are they upside down?

The active topics link on the top of the home page of the forums, now lists the posts in order of the newest post to oldest going back as far as you like with a small bit of the actual text of the post. Also, once tere, there are links for Virgin posts, those with no replies yet and for Hot Topics, the hottest across the entire forum.

You're not going to like this.....
I don't like the new active forum layout. It takes a lot longer time to see what posts have been made.
Virgin posts and hot topics are a good idea but I think the paragraph view makes it harder to summize what topics are running.

Pleeeeaase dont haaate me... (thats my best birdcage impression.)

Oh yeah, listing them in chronological order is a good idea too.

Cheers Scott.
I like the option in profiles to choose the view. Perfect.

How about including Indian Time in the world times. It is GMT +5.30 as you all know.

Would you be kind enough to help people from India like me ?
