[RESOLVED] need advice on cooling

I have an Asus P3V4X mobo.S370 slot card with a P3-650 cpu(FC-PGA) with 294meg of pc133 ram. I plan to overclock this setup. What would be a good cooling combo.I would be willing to lose one DIMM slot if nessesary.I'm on a budget, so water cooling is not an option for now!

Id get a good heat sink or even water cool for the cpu. From Sidewinder I bought there $90 heat sink using thermoelectric technology. (Swiftech MCX370-T Active Cooler)
I have a 1.2ghz Athlon that ran at 100C, with this heat sink it runs at idle at 40C and full load 48C-50C

This site has some nice cases on there site also. They are good on shipping the goods, and are a very nice company, there support is very abbove great but perfect.

For better cooling you may want a Aluminum Case. Since Aluminum will obsorb heat more.

You want air flowing thru the case at all time, basic setup is, Fan infront botton of case then a fan in the upper back of the case. The a fan on the left side of the computer towards the bottom. But you need the bottom front to suck air and the back upper fan to blow out air.

Thats a basic diagram, theres more advanc options you can do. Fan #3 will suck air in the case as well as #1

You could get a 400+ watt power supply that has two fans and then just add a front case fan. The air would go from the front/bottom and pulled through the top/back of the case.

This is just one solution...otherwise load up on high RPM fans (if you don't mind the noise) placed in areas where heat tends to build up (i.e. cards, drives, PS)
