Growing up riding motorcycles and snowmobiles taught me that "they run the best right before they blow up". That philosophy usually doesn't apply to computers. http://www.windrivers.com/cgi-bin/forum/wink.gif If the CPU begins to overheat you'll start getting lockups, BSODs, and other erratic behavior. If you start to notice any of these symptoms, swithc to a bigger fan/heatsink before you cause permanent damage to the CPU. BTW - the K6-2's have been known to cause problems when they're overclocked - I wouldn't recommend doing it. I love AMD processors and personally feel that they are plenty fast for me without trying to squeeze a few extra MHz out of them. ------------------ Steve Taylor - Service Manager Altoplanos Information Systems, Inc.
