[RESOLVED] pIII 500 speed locked "more power scotty"

i have an abitbx6r2 and can't clock my p3 500
it seems to be locked at 500
any help would be nice

You can't change the multiplier which is locked at 5x. All you can do is raise the Front Side Bus. Go to the below address for a good article on how to overclock your P-III.

They run nice at 5 x 112 (560Mhz) without any problems.
