I lost my Win 98 CD and i need to install a Sidewinder Joystick on the USB port. When i put it in, it needs the win 98 CD and the file named "usbhid.sys", could i download this file from anywhere?

Darren Wilson April 3rd, 1999, 01:42 PM if the USB hub is installed in Device Mangler then you will find the driver in one of the following:- WINDOWS\SYSTEM WINDOWS\SYSTEM\IOSUBSYS WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS Hopefully you should have no probs now. If you still cannot find the file/s needed email at darren@ace-computers.co.uk and I'll mail you the files.
