Win2000 accelerated exam

Has anybody tried succeeded/failed the win2k accelerated upgrade from nt4 - 2k i was reading on brainbuzz that there is a 25 % pass rate anyone got any hints/tips before i give it a go
any good study guides maybe
who has got the good exam simulations??
