Exchange 5.5 losing trust overnight

For whatever reason, every morning we have to reset the exchange server because it is no longer accessible on our remote subnets. They can't ping the server and the server can't ping the remote routers. We are also getting a event id 5513, from different systems. Any help is more than what we've figured out on our own.
