Printing from Outlook express

I am using Win98 and I have just upgraded the printer driver (HP4P) from the HP site. Everything works well except outlook express. Now only the heading of each email will print out. Everything prints OK with the original Win 98 driver. I upgraded to improve the quality of Greyscale photos from Word. I have just done a fresh install of everything and the updated driver worked before. Any thoughts out there please.

Which one did you use? HP LaserJet 4 Family PostScript Point and Print Bundle OR HP LaserJet PCL 5e Driver both found on:

I have seen drivers do this from HP before though it's usually the whole "print suite" type ones that become a royal PIA for me. Try using the other one listed on that page. Many of the drivers from HP are interchangeable with one another and believe it or not sometimes the drivers for a different printer will work better than the ones specified for the printer. I know it's odd but it does work sometimes. We have one app that will not print to a 4050 with 4050 drivers halt the time and the solution is to use 4100n drivers. <img src="confused.gif" border="0">
