Temporary Internet Files

Does anybody know why, when I view a page from within the Temporary Internet Folder, when I return to the folder to view the next page, the contents of the folder have re-shuffled themselves into any order. I never had this problem in 95 or 98.

Maybe the files in there are arranged by last time they are accessed or something like that?
