Invalid boot.ini

Does someone know if this is a problem and if so, can be resolved?

When my PC is started/booted I am told 'Invalid boot.ini, booting from C:\winnt'. It all seems to work fine, nonetheless it is a little bit worrying.

try backing up your boot.ini, put it in a separate folder etc, then rename your "boot.bak" file to boot.ini.
