I'd like to know where i can download a copy of Windows Media Player 6.4 FOR A WINDOWS 2000 MACHINE. Does anyone know? If you can tell me thanks!

It is included with Win2K as standard.

Aha, but one problem..I upgraded one of my machines to MP7, and I can't stand it any longer!

Just uninstall MP7 via control panel

will XP let you uninstall 8 in favor of 6.4? Any news on that?

Don't know about XP. Probably not if it is integrated into the OS.
