Ok how do I change the irq settings in win2k I have a sblive value and the irq setting button is grayed out and yes I am signed in as administrator
Help its generating prob's in my flight sim and causing it to lockup.

There is no way of changing IRQs under Win2k if ACPI is enabled. You'll need to disable ACPI in BIOS and change the computer type to standard PC in Win2k device manager.
Once that is done the IRQs can be defined in BIOS if that option is available.

Your best bet is to remove it from Device Manager, shutdown W2K, move the SBLive! card to a lower numbered PCI slot, restart W2K, then let W2K reload the drivers. That should get it a higher priority in the IRQ assignment world and may solve your problems... :)
