my windows explorer is not the same 2! What should i do?

For your quick launch bar to come back, right clikc on your taskbar, goto Toolbars -> Quick Lanuch and make sure that it is checked. On the Windows Explorer issue, you need to be more specific.

Well, you know about the "My Picture" directory, it doesn't have the preview panel any more and i can't ciew as web page. I heard that reinstall ie 5 will restore it, is that true? BTW i can't even right click on it.

you need to enable web content, then customize your folder properties to show the preview panel.

i had never seen this one before until a guy mentioned it a couple days ago here at work.. was funny, i didn't know what the hell he was talking about.
