Novell Network Broadcast

When ever my Novell Netware 4.2 server switches from AC to backup battery power and back again, the server sends a broadcast to ALL users on the network. How can I just have the message sent to me (Admin). The Backup ower supply is a APC SmartUPS 1400.

turn off NOTIFY on the clients.
you can do this with registry editing (and a login script)
I don't have the keys, but do an export before you change it on a 9x machine, then change the setting and do another export.
use a file comparing utility to find the differences.
some of them have to do with the clock, and then there should be a part in Novell section.
