I think you need this special edition of Norton Ghost:

If you are just copying data then dump it to a connected workstation.

Thanks for the reply MacGyver. I don't think that is exactly what I need, let me go into detail...I have several machines (and will in the future) that need to be reformatted and have windows 95 reloaded, along with the Novell client, antivirus software, office suite, and other apps. Doing each pc one at a time would take forever (We have about 400pcs on the network, not all of them need this now, but may in the future) If I could just go to the machine, stick in a floppy that boots to the server, and from there, run the ghost program to redo the hard drive using an image file I have already created, it would totally redo the pc in about 10 minutes. I can do the ghost stuff, but what I cannot figure out is what to put on the floppy disk to make it boot to the server.

OH!, I see what you want to do. Well, we do EXACTLY the same thing in our office. If somebody royally screws up their workstation, or we have a new employee, we can image the workstation either off the network (in a special administrator only directory where we keep the ghost images) or off a CD.
It takes me about 12 minutes with a 10-megabit network connection, or 5 minutes over a 100-megabit connection for a ghost image that's 500MB.
You will need to download the Novell DOS client from Novell's site. (http://www.novell.com/download/). I don't know if it will work with NW5.1, It does with 5.0
Next you need to get the Novell DOS drivers for the network card in the workstations. We use 3Com905x cards exclusively for this reason and DOS drivers are available for these cards. Not all network cards have Novell DOS drivers available; in that case you will be limited to imaging off CD (and a ghost image size of 650MB)
Also look into Novell ZENworks (http://www.novell.com/coolsolutions/zenworks/) for workstation administration after you get them all setup, so they stay that way http://forums.windrivers.com/cgi-bin/forum/biggrin.gif

Thanks again for the reply MacGyver.
I got the netware client for dos downloaded and installed on a pc, then took the files and copied them to a floppy along with the nic driver and it would not work, but then I noticed that the nic driver was binding 802.2 and we are using ethernet_II, so i had to go to the server and bind 802.2 at the server level and it worked!! I haven't gotten to try ghosting anything yet but just attaching to the server is enough to let me know I can do it. Thanks for your help

You're most welcome. One other thing: you may have to set the PC BIOS Plug-n-play setting to NO in order for the DOS drivers to see the NIC. Happy ghosting!
