NetWare with Win2K client

We have a NetWare 5 network, and are adding some workstations that will be running Windows 2000. These clients don't properly run the container login scripts, even with the latest client for Windows 2K from Novell's website. It seems that when the second login (the Windows 2000 login) runs, it knocks out some drive mappings and other things. We would rather have Netware do all our authentication. Is there a way to disable Windows 2000 login? Thanks,
