Another Groupwise Problem

I have a user using gw5.5 and she says that at the end of the day all of her emails disapear when see moves them to another folder besides just her inbox. I checked the auto delete and auto archive features and they where off. any thoughts on this problem?

Would one of the folders happen to be a find results folder, like "Sent Items"? These are not real folders, and if you try to drag and drop between them weird things can happen. By default all sent items actually reside in the inbox, but the view settings are such that you don't see them in the inbox. Try this article for a better explanation. If this is not the case, then her/the GroupWise database may be corrupted. Do you run gwcheck weekly (usually done through a scheduled event in NWadmin GroupWise config)
