My apologies if I sound ignorant but can I use my regular cd-rom to burn my cds on or do I need a special kind of cd-rom for this?

Herrn October 8th, 2001, 10:59 AM Hello, I try to help a bit: * A CD-Rom is able to read cd's only. * You need a CD writter to burn cd's. * A CD-rom cannot read (apparently except in very punctual expceptions), discs in DVD format. * A DVD device can read DVD and CD-Rom formats. * A DVD writer is the only option to write DVD discs. Hope it helps, Herrn AlienDyne October 9th, 2001, 09:34 AM Don't feel bad when you don't know something.
