MP3 HELP ?!?!?!?!?

Hi guys i just got a RIO600 mp3 player w/ 32mb of memory .. right now all i can do is load like 9 mp3s but i was told that i can change the format from mp3 to windows media and be able to hold a lot more songs ...anyoen familiar with this ??? please help .. thank you
