Sorry, I don't do emails.

Rundll32.dll errors usually refer to a piece of loaded software or an outdated device driver that isn't compatible or isn't updated with a patch to work with winme.
Since you upgraded winme overtop of win98, there is something that was in win98 that doesn't work with winme. It might come down to uninstalling winme from win98 if that is still possible. If not, then format and reinstall win98 or format and reinstall winme upgrade. You don't necessarily need to load win98 1st. When the winme upgrade is searching for authenticity of another preloaded operating system just insert your win98 cd and point it there for winme upgrade to find and see. Then it should proceed from their. Make sure you have the latest drivers for your hardware (printer, scanner, video card, modem, sound card, etc.) unless winme already has direct support for it or there are newer ones available. Be careful with what software you load as well. Older dos game or dos application software may not like to work with winme. Maybe you just want to stick with win98 and save winme for another newer computer system.

Why not a clean install of WinME? If your disk is the upgrade version it will still install. Somewhere along the way it will just ask you to put the 98 cd in your drive to verify you have a qualifying product. At least that way if it is one of your device drivers you can pinpoint it to the one you just installed....

Then try out the winme only install that Sowulo and I have mentioned in our previous posts.

I don't know how well you know linux, but it is a whole new learning process. If you do decide to switch to linux, try Mandrake 8.0.
