Mtsutil missing from Win Me CD

Well it is on mine anyway.
Is it me or is the assisted support poo poo, 1. ***-sisted support dosent have the PID for win me!!! in the look up PID box!!!

2. When using afore mentioned support to figure how to turn DHCP on it tells me to insert cd and go to tools/mtsutil !!!! fine only its not there on my cd does anyone have a copy

go to tools and pssutil then click on pssutil.txt and read it
