password problem

i dont know how i did it but i somehow loaded win me with a password. and now it wont store any passwords for programs. does anyone know a workaround for this that doesnt involve slikking the drive and starting over.

[Eagle PC Diagnostech]

Go to Run
Type in system.ini
Enter
Scroll down to Password Lists
Delete the line that has a .PWL Extension
Save your file
Reboot your machine
