Hello Guys/Girls,
I have just returned from a customer who has got another machine (apart from ours) through their insurance, the loopy thing is that the BIOS will find the CD Rom drive on initial boot up, lose it again by the summary page and has no idea in windows 98 SE at all. I tried reloading CD drives from set up disk, altering IDE cables, jumper settings[IMG but all to no luck. I am left with the conclusion that the CD ROM (LG in make) is knackered - any suggestions?http://forums.windrivers.com/cgi-bin/forum1/noncgi/cwmsmilies/cwm3.gif[/IMG]
