[RESOLVED] cant find "one click" mouse comand!!!!

In windows ME,,I`m unable to find a command to allow me to use the one click on the mouse to activate a program.I hate the two click rule!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Open up Control Panel and open Folder Options and the Single click command is at the bottom of the first tab
