MadDog January 10th, 2001, 10:59 AM Had the same problem. Instead of going back to Windows 98, go to the Microsoft website, and get the latest patches. I believe that there's a service pack for IE. Problem should clear up. http://forums.windrivers.com/cgi-bin/forum/smilies/cwm1.gif HTH ------------------ MadDog JBruno January 11th, 2001, 11:42 AM I have the same problem upgrading win98 for winme, and I never try to use Win Me again: ( its heavy, some cards dont work right etc... ) If you want a system with no bugs in general try windows 2000 Lee_Nover January 11th, 2001, 11:52 AM But can Windows 2000 play ALL games, without a performance hit? eedmond January 11th, 2001, 08:15 PM As far as I know as long as the game supports Direct X you shouldn't have a problem running games under Windows 2k.
