Outlook Express error

All of a sudden I can't send email thru my Outlook Express account. I receive mail just fine, but when I go to send mail I get the following error message: Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E.
I'm not familiar with any error messages, any help would be appreciated!! <IMG SRC="smilies/confused.gif" border="0">

Check your smtp account settings
In Outlook Express go to Tools/Accounts/highlight your account/Properties/Details
You will need the smtp setting from your provider
Example: mail.pdc-lv.com
