Cannot View JPG'S

i HAVE AMD ATHLON 1G AND WINDOWS ME I GO TO OPEN INTERNET EXPLORER 5.5 AND I CANNOT VIEW JPG'S. I CAN VIEW ALL OTHER PICTURE FORMATS BUT NOT JPG'S

First....Check for viruses.
Could be a nasty.

Possible that another program is locking out the jpg format from viewing too.

My mate had the same problem, If I remeber correctly he checked out the MS Knowledge base for the answer.

Video drivers are coming to mind but I cant be 100% sure.

When I see him next I'l ask him how he fixed it.
