hi my windows ME when stars apears near 20 windows of windows explorer. how can I stopt it...tanks

What all is loading on startup??....Disable everything with msconfig, and add them back it 1 at a time!

i've tried that and it not work. maybe tweak all have an option to configure this?

go to sys cogig tools and check for an exe file that may be loading on start up that may loop itself. find it under start/programs/accessories/system tools/system information. go to tools on the top bar and go to system configuration.
