[RESOLVED] InocculateIT for Win 95

[*BSOD*]

Does anyone use InocculateIT for Win 95
and have the computer hang for about 10 seconds every few mins and if you disable realtime monitoring it works fine?

I use V4.53 Build 524 says for win 98,95 and am using signature file 20.10. I called Computer Associates and they told me to update to latest Ver and this is. Same problem on about 60+ machines with PIII or AMD chips,95 or 98.
I paid money for ALOT of licenses and would hate top throw them away. Problem started happening at around signature Ver 16.00.
Any help would be appreciated.

I use same software at work without problems, but, every once in a while a certain version of DAT files will not agree with a particular workstation so I have the last few virus updates on hand to fall back to for that one misbehaving workstation. The problem always goes away with the next virus update. I have not had this problem in a while, though. Have you tried searching http://support.ca.com for any support documents? I'm sorry to say that CA's support is one of the worst in the industry and once they have your money they aren't very helpful, leaving you to fend for yourself. I am at home right now so I can't check the version we use at work, but I will get back to you tomorrow.
