Help I have an adeptec 2940 /w scsi card with Ricoh 2940/2940w scsi card I cant get the cd rom to read a disk let alone burn anything to cd. I bought bo units second hand
and I know that the card works with a couple of 1 gig drives and it picks up the cd ok but will not read.The bios version of the 2940 is 1.1 but I dont seem to be able to ugrade via adeptec cos they want tsid numbers and that. I need a eprom manager from dos i think any one help me ??
