Handheld PC Email???

Ok here is the deal I have 5 casiopea handheld pc's that all have modems I can connect to my corprate LAN and I can browse the internet, however I can not authenticate to my exchange server (5.5) to send and receive email via IMAP4 or POP3. I have the authentication set to allow clear text still no luck. Another little detail the exchange server is in a different NT Domain and it is not the server running RAS. Any help would be greatly appreciated.null

It should not matter. Do you have a machine (non-Handheld) that you can replicate the setting on the handheld to and test with. Ie. a computer with a modem that you can set to do exactly what the handhelds do to test with?

I can autheniticate via a pc from home no issues but that is using a full version of outlook 2000 not the watered down version of outlook bundled with windows ce.
