Hi,
Yeah that's right I need router that will dial up to an ISP allowing users to share access through it. It is a small office-They can't get DSL(not yet atleast) can't get cable. As a matter of fact dial up is what they want.
Is there a good router with firewall capabilities that will do this?
I know of one that does this and it actually provides email as well (what it does is has mailboxes on it and then it goes to the ISP and downloads each persons email to the appropriate mailbox). Then at the person's workstation they have it configured to get internet mail from it. So in IP address you put the address of the router (which is the gateway) and it will go and download the appropriate mail. This device is pretty expensive so I was wondering if there were alternatives.
Thanks for any advice.
Have a good day.
PS Here is some info on something similiar:
