I cloned an existing NT4,SP6 workstation and when
cloning ( Ghost3.0) another computer from this one
the cloned computer will not let me login to
the Win NT4 File Server, only can login to the
computer as administrator. How do I remove the
SID Number from the Server ??

Thats because 2 computers cannot have the same SID number on the network. As far as I know there is no way to change it on the file server.
Furthermore, I don't think it's stored on the server, I think it's on the PC, but is not accessible.
The only way to get around this is make sure you use the switch in Ghost to create a unique NT SID number. Sorry I don't know what that switch is off hand. I am sure you can find out in the documentation or on Symantec's site.

I've heard of a program called NewSid (SP?) Unfortunately, I can't be much help, since I don't know where to find it....maybe sysinternals. I'll post again if I can find it

Typically you would use Ghost Walker, however i have never used the version 3 of ghost, and I don't know which versions of Ghost Walker would work for you.
But something else you may try, (I think this works), add the PC back to a workgroup. Then, add it to the domain with a different NetBIOS name...the theory is that it will recreate the SID, and apply it in server manager to the new NetBIOS name...
Just a shot in the dark.
