Moving Exchange Server

I have a server that I need to replace. It is running an exchange server for about 30 users. Does anyone know what I need to do to move all the mailboxes and settings completely over to a new server box?

This is actually alot easier than it sounds. Go to http://support.microsoft.com and look up article Q155216. I've done this more times than I can remember. Let me know how it goes.
