SMC SMC7004ABR Router ( Problems with Raidenftpd)

Just wondering if anyone have try to setup raidenftpd with the SMC router.
The reason I am asking is that I have problems getting the ftp server to let ppl in. I can see ppl try to log in to the ftp(in the raidenftpd console window) but everytime ppl told me that the connection time out while logging in. I am check so many URLs regarding the router and ftp setup but there is no luck.

So if anyone have / know this kind of setup, please let me know.

u need to enable either portforwarding for port 21 or whatever port the ftpd is using. or open the port to allow incoming traffic.
