Are they a free download/upgrade...if so where can they be found?? (latest) TIA! :D :D

I'm not sure if they're free anymore but at one time I was able to download some stuff from TAC with no login. It may now be based on your profile.

You do need a login, but registration is free and only takes a few minutes. Use the link iAteYourCat posted above.
