Hey All,
I have been unable to find DOS drivers for this drive anywhere.
They do not appear to be on the CD which came with the drive or on the freecom web site http://forums.windrivers.com/cgi-bin/forum/frown.gif
Can anyone help ?
Thanks
Cya

I always use a file called v330_11c.sys for all CD drives in DOS. Never failed me yet. You can find it by going to yahoo and searching for the file name. Download and add command lines to your config.sys and autoexec.bat. The following lines will only work if you download the file to a directory called DOS.
Config.sys
device=c:\dos\v330_11c.sys /d :oemcd420
Autoexec.bat
c:\windows\command\mscdex.exe /d :oemcd420
hope this helps. Mark

Hey,
Thanks for the reply.
I have found the file and downloaded it.
Now A Few Questions http://forums.windrivers.com/cgi-bin/forum/wink.gif
You say this will only work If I place it in a folder called dos. Presumably if I change the \dos\ to where I put the file it will work yeah ? http://forums.windrivers.com/cgi-bin/forum/wink.gif
Secondly, I have a CD-ROM Drive also without drivers. Can I use that file to provide drivers for both drives ? Or Do I need to do something else ?
Thanks
Cya
