Hello,

I'm searching for Win95 drivers for a PD-1 LF-1000 external CD-rom/Opticaldisk drive.
Does anyone know where to download them or can anyone send them to me?

I also need some explanation on how to install this drive to my system. It is a so called "Shuttle-drive" and if I'm right it can be used on a SCSI-port ans also on the external printer-port. Since I do not own a SCSI-adaptor, I want to use it on the printer-port. I've tried but it does not work. Can somebody give me some advise on this??

Thanks......Wiebe.

Sounds like an interesting device. I spent some time and read some things about it on the 'Net. It seems that Windows 95 should automatically pick up this device once you have a SCSI adapter installed or if you use a SCSI-to-parallel port adapter, which is probably why you are having problems.

for some details. You will need Adobe Acrobat reader to view the pdf file.)

Two questions:

1 - What kind of connector does the unit have? Is it a standard D-shell, Centronics style?

2 - How did you connect this unit to the parallel port?
