New Years Plans?

What's everyone doing this new years eve? My troupe and I are sans plans right now. Anyone doing anything interesting?

I need ideas.

Well, after finding out that Gameworks is strictly 21 after 10pm (bah!) and Dave and Buster's is having a mistery theater dinner....I'm stuck!

So, if anyone in the Columbus Ohio area knows something cool to do, let me know !!!!!!!!!!! message me or something!

Being Scottish usually I find New Years usually involves a lot of drink and a damm good time. This year is no different I'm going out for a meal with my mate before going to a party at a nice hotel hosted by her work :) . Free drink and free food this is my kind of party. I've heard its going to be a traditional scottish Hogmanay party so it should go with a bang. I'm really looking foreward to it. With any luck I should be sober by the 3rd.

I'm gonna start out my News Year's Eve day by getting up bright and early to go to a job interview. Then go home and stare at the wall for 4-5 hours. By that time, probably the usual friends will probably come over to do a bunch of drinking and whatnot. Happy New Years everyone!!! :)

Hmmm New Years Plan:
1. Get up at 0555; 2. Perform the 3 S's; 3. Go to breakfast 0630; 4. Check into work at 0700; 5. Go to Lunch; 6. 1300 Return to Living Quarter's, place gear in storage and ready back pack for trip home! :D ; 7. 1530 que up in line for Alaskan Airline Charter Flight to Anchorage (along with 81 others); 8. 1600 Charter lands. Wait for 82 people to disembark. 1610 find seat on charter; 9. 1630 Charter disembarks for Anchorage (doing baby circles :) ); 10. 1815 Charter lands at Anchorage (Ted Stevens) International Airport. Arghhh 6 hour lay over;
11. 0035 on January 2 board Alaska Air Flight to Seattle for first leg of flight back to Tucson;
12. 1145 1/2/02 arrive at Tucson International Airport; 13. 1230 Arrive home and sleep until January 14 when the whole family officially moves to Eagle River Alaska.

Well, I was gonna go out on the street and hit random things really hard with a golf club, but then that idea was already taken and done well and even documented, so I had no motivation at all. Instead, the husband and I went to a friend's house. It was a nice, small, sedate gathering of people, and I had fun. A little too much wine, but not enough to even cause a real headache, so hey...New Year's was just peachy for me. We usually do what Morticia and her man do, but for some reason this year we just felt sociable...

My New Years was bad, i didnt get drunk i was sober, i ended up spending with the family, when ever there is a family gathering i always end up being the talk of it and people always talk about when i was a kid and laugh about and make fun of me and it gets pretty annoying but all i can do is sit there with a smile and a fake laugh.

me and my friend planned last minute, my other friend says her new years was very depressing so depressing she said she cried (im not sure about what yet)

so far my friends and me New Years sucked royal @ss.
im so glad 2001 is gone it was a crappy year for me. hopefully 2002 will be better. god this sucks so far for me.

Its a little late but there is a big swing dance on the USS Hornet aircraft carrier. Levay Smith and her red hot skillet lickers and the swing session are playing. On a side note I just got a new Zoot Suit for the night.
